How to use:
We recommend you always start low and slow. One size does not fit all and experimenting is key. You need to get the balance that is correct for your body. Take the oil in front of a mirror as this will help you see how many drops you are taking, pop the oil under your tongue and gold for 60 seconds. This allows the oil to dissolve into the bloodstream, swallowing the oil straight away will reduce the bioavailability of the CBD.
Some can gets benefits quickly, others it can take longer. If you are treating several issues, you may have to experiment for longer to get the correct strength and dosage to meet all your needs. You have to persevere and be patient.
This is why we say go low and slow. Start off on 2 drops (2-3 times a day) and do this for 5 days. If you have little benefit you can increase this to 3 drops (2-3 times a day) and gradually increase this till you reach 15 drops. You can go up to 2-5 drops 2-3 times a day (15 drops per day) This is just a guide as some people need a little more.
It’s important to note that our bottles are 10ml so are much stronger than others in 30ml bottles.
